In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Saturday Night Fever, Rhino Entertainment will reissue the BeeGees Greatest Hits on September 18th. This two-CD deluxe edition contains two previously unreleased tracks; “Warm Ride” and an extended version of “Stayin’ Alive,” originally a 12-inch promo vinyl single, along with four contemporary dance remixes of classic Bee Gees songs by some of today’s hottest club DJ’s.
Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb rose to international superstardom as they recorded a string of worldwide hits, sold 180 million records and helped define the disco era with the Grammy-winning Saturday Night Fever soundtrack. The group released their multiplatinum Greatest Hits double album in 1979 spotlighting their run of R&B dance hits in the late seventies.
